SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund, subject to the following conditions:  


Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.


Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover the cost of processing and handling.

  • Before February 10, 2025: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • After February 11, 2025: A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.

  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee.


Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once we have begun processing your order or 24 hours after the order has been placed, as we reserve your product and remove it from our inventory available for sale. Thank you for your understanding.

If processing has not yet begun, you may contact us to check whether cancellation is possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Any changes to or cancellation of an order require our prior written approval, and additional charges may apply. Approval for cancellation will be conditioned upon payment of any costs, charges, or expenses already incurred by us up to that point. You agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments you have already made.

 


 


Delivery: Risk of Loss

DELIVERY DATES PROVIDED ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Delivery of a product occurs when we provide the product to the carrier. At that point:

  • Title to the product and

  • Risk of loss for the product passes to you and becomes your sole responsibility.

We are not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
